Bulgarian Firms Lose BGN 140 M from Gas Shortage Crisis

Bulgaria's only gas storage facility at Chiren has about 506 million cubic meters of natural gas left, and another 18 million cubic meters are in the pipes of the national distribution network, according to the Ministry.
All Bulgarian heating utility companies have switched to oil. A few of them work on a combination of oil and natural gas.
